Denzel Valentine said he feels like he let down his teammates following Michigan State’s shocking 90-81 loss toMiddle Tennessee on Friday in the first round of the NCAA tournament. In a season where it looked like the Spartans were on track to compete for their first national title since 2000, the senior star had a few critical mistakes in the closing minutes of his season-high six turnover game. While Valentine did not have a storybook ending to his career, he should still be remembered for the tremendous amount of success he had throughout his remarkable four-year college career.
